Privacy Notice

Your enquiry should feel treated with care.

This notice explains how information sent through the contact and booking form is used so Aaron can respond to your enquiry.

This page is written in plain language. If anything feels unclear, you can ask before sharing more personal information.

What is collected

The form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, preferred introduction call time, consent, and an optional message about what brings you to therapy.

How it is used

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange or discuss the free introduction call, and keep a clear record of contact.

What not to include

You do not need to share detailed or highly sensitive information in the form. A few words is enough, and you can ask about confidentiality before saying more.

Confidentiality

Therapy is confidential, with professional limits around serious risk, safeguarding, and legal responsibilities. These boundaries can be discussed clearly before ongoing work begins.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored inside the website administration area and may also be sent by email so Aaron can respond. Access should be limited to what is needed for managing enquiries and professional records.

Urgent support

The contact form is not monitored as emergency support. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, call 999, NHS 111, or Samaritans on 116 123.

If you feel comfortable taking the next step, the contact form is intentionally brief and low-pressure.
